I had moved my mouse over an image on a local bank\u2019s web site, and was surprised to see the name of the file pop-up. <\/p>\n

The reason is that their web developer apparently doesn\u2019t understand the meaning or intention behind the alt<\/a> or title attribute of an HTML element. <\/p>\n

Not that it isn\u2019t handy to know the name of the file\u2026. \"Smile\"<\/p>\n

Maybe they could have used:<\/p>\n
