If you don’t mind using FFmpeg, here is a simple way (by way of the command line), to convert video files to WMV or Flash.

It would be a nice addition to see a slightly more complex wrapper, so that some of the settings could be controlled from C#. Of course, that could easily be done by the reader. :)
